WHEREAS, the City Treasurer of the City of Kalispell
has requested authority to cancel certain apecial Sidewalk and
Curb warrants dated hlay 18, 1910 held by the City the Water Bond
Sinking Fund Warrant account, said. warrants being numberad 96,
to 105 inclusive, the face value of which is $1�55.44, purchased
for and carried on the books of the City in the sum of
and
WHEREAS, it appears that no more collections for the
said Special Sidewalk and Curb Fund can be made for the reason
that the property agairst which unpaid assessments have been
levied to retire said warrants, have been sold for taxes, and
that the value of said property so taken an6 sold for tayes is
not worth as much as the taxes a,,-ainst the same; Therefore
BE IT R-4]-iOLVEM THIAT, the City Clerk be authorize(I to s
surrender said warrants to the City Treasurer for cancellation
and credit the said Water Bond i-�inkinp- Fund Investment account
with said warrants for the amount at w"hich they are carried,
namely $1877.22; and

further considered as an iadebtedness of the City of Kalispeil
or any special improvement district therein.
