Resolution 1386 - Purchase of LandRESOLUTION NO. 1386.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA*
WHEREAS, the City o4.! Kalispell has heretofore on or about the 16th
day of January, 1933, secured an option from B. J. McIntire upon the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township
28, North of Range 21 West, for the sum of Twenty-one Hundred and Fif-
ty Dollars, of which amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars was paid
at the time that the said option was secured; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Kalispell at this time deems it advis-
able and for the best interests of the City of Kalispell to take up
the said option and to purchase the above described land; and
BE IT TTTEP?PORE RE30LVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to accept a deed upon the above described la,nd and pay
to the said 5. �T. McIntire the sum of Two Thousand Dollars, the bal-
ance due upon the purchase price thereof as set forth in the said
option heretofore entered into.

BE IT FTTRTT-TER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 1385 heretofore passed
and approved the 27th day of March, 1933, be repealed.
