Resolution 1385 - Purchase of LandRESOLUTION NO. 1385
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIt OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell has heretofore secured
an option from B, J. McIntire upon the Northwest ïż½uartQr of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 26, North Range
21 West for the sum of Two Thousand Dollars of which amount
the surq of one Hundred and Fifty Dollars was paid at the time
that said option was secured; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Kalispell at this time deems
it advisable and for the best interests of the City of Kalispell
to take up said option and purchase the above described land;
and
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to accept a deed upon the above described land
and pay to the said B. J. McIntire the sum of Eighteen Hundred
and Fifty Dollars, the balance due upon the purchase price thereof
as set forth in said option heretofore entered into.
