A RESOLUTION AUT-HORIZIhG TEX SALE OF PROPERTY 3FLONGIEG
TO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MOIiTAN.L.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE' CITY OF KAI, I SPELL, MO NTA14A:
�T-IEREAS, the City of Kalispell, a municipal Corporation, is
the owner of' that certain plece, parcel and tract of land lying
and being in the Ivorthwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 20, Township 26, North , Range 21 West, lying South and
West Of the low water line of Ashley Creek in the County of
Flathead and State of -ontana, containinr 13.8 acres more or less,
and which tract of land is not held by the City of Kalispell in
trust for a specific purpose, or any purpose whatsoever, and
that it is for the advantage and best interests of the City of
Kalispell that the same be sold:
BE IT THEREFORE FURT ' 17-R RESOLVED, that the City of Kalispell
do hereby authorize and direct the sale of the above described
property for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) in dash,
to be paid at the time of the delivery of the Deed therefore and
the 1,1ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver to the purchaser of the above described prem-
ises a conveyance for the same in regular form conveying to the
purchaser all of the right, title and interest of the City of
Kalispell in and to the premises herein described, and reserv-
ing the right by the City to discharge sevage In Ashley Creek.
Passed by a two-thirds vote of all the meT�ibers of the City
Council of the City of Kalispell at a regular meeting of the
said City Council of the City of Kalispell, hold on the 5th day
of November, 1934, and approved by the Mayor of the Citv of
Kalispell an said day.
