of val-Ispell issued twenty bonds numbered from One to

twenty years after date for the purl��ose of refunding
certain warrants issued for the purpose of layinF ex-
tensions to the water malns in the Gity of "Kal-ispoil;

Kalispell is now the owner of the bonds above 'referred to

s been for several years last past, and the said
extensions so made as aforesaid, are a part of the water
works system of the �;ity of ha-lispell, und said bonds in

to itsell" for such extensions:
