VP HTAS, a project for the purpose of providing labor

for those upon, relief in the construction of a tennis court on the
Central Playgrounds of the City of Kalispell has required the ex-
penditure of the sum of '186.57 in excess or the aaount provided
for that purpose; and
�-VIMREAS, there are no further funds available to complete
said improvements and p1cce said grounds in such condition as to
be used for the purp,,�ses for �Ihich they were planned;
3114 IT Tll,'� REVORE -RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Kalispell that by reason of the facts as hereinbefore stated
that an emergency is hereby declared in e.-,,:cess of' the provisions
of' the second paragraph of Chapter 121 of the Laws o4 the Twenty-
second Legislative JIssembly of the State of 141ontana, and that ex-
penditures in e4ueas of the current budget of the City of Kaiis�ell
for park purposes be exceeded in the sula of 2,3,86.57 for the puiToses
herein set forth, and that eiaergency wnrrants be drawn against the
said Park "und and that the City Treasurer is authorized and directed
to pay, such warrants when funds for that purpose are available, and
if funds are not available then the same shall be registered, bear
interest and called for paytnent in the raanner provided by law for
other City warrants.
This being en emergency resolation as herein set forth,
the same shall take effect and be in full force and effect I�Uua-
diately upon its passage and approval.

vote of all meribers present of the City Council of the City of
Kolis-pell, Montana, held on the 2?th day of Tune, 1935.
