A RESOLUTION NAMING THE BOUNDARIES OF OIL SPRINKLING- DISTRICTS
NOS.1,2,3 and 4 IN THE CITY OF KId.,ISP.13 L L :
SECTION 1. That OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT No.1 shall be
composed of the following property, the boundaries of which are
as follows:
OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT No,j.. Regtnning at a point which
is the intersection of a line running north of -the east property
line of Block 36 and the north line of Railroad litreet; thence

with the center line of the third alley west of Main Street con-
tinued; thence north along said center line continued to its in-
tersection with the north boundary line of the city; thence east

SECTION 4. That Cil 1,4rinkling District No 4 shall
consist of Fifth Avenue Viest and Third and Fourth Avenues
East where said avenues cross the Great horthern Railway
right-of-way.
SECTION 5. That all of said districts lie within. the
incorporated limits of the city of Kalispell, Montana.
