SECTION 1. That Jpecial Improvement District Eo. 240 is
ftereoy created for the purpose of installing an 8 inch sanitary
district sewer in Idontana, Street from the present manhole south of
Block lb2, to the City limits.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1201 entitled
"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improveyaent -District
No. 24011, adopted 1hlay 6t�i, 1929, to whicA reference is hereby made
for further particulars.
Passed June 3rd, 1929.
