Sri,CTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council
of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement district,
hereby d,.,signated as Special Improvement District hio. 241, and
the 0oundaries of said proposed special improvement disUrict are
hereby declared to be as follows: Beginnin�,,, at a point which is
the intersection of the centerline of 12th Street East with The
centerline of the 3rd alley east of Main Street, thence southerly
along -the centerline of the alley to the southern �)oundry line of
the City, tlionce easterly along- said boundry line to the center-
line of tne 4:th alley cast of Llain Street, 'Unence northerly along
said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of l2th
Street, thence westerly alon�,� said centerline to the place of
ber,inninv.
SECTION 2. That 'the gcneral clLaracter of the improve-
ments to ��e made in said proposed Special. Improvement District
is as follows, to -wit: t'ne installation of a 6 incA water main
together with aydrants and all other necessary appurtenances.
SECTION 3. That the approximate cost of said improve-
Ments is $1,700.00.
37CTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of such
improvements, includinC- street and alley intersections, shall be
a�,sessed against the entire district, each lot orparcel of land
witain such district to be assessed for that part of t,,Ie whole
cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district,
excluoive of streets, alleys and public places.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid in
five eclial annual installments nereby exterded over a period of
five years. 3aid assessment shall constitute a i,und to oe known
