A RESOLUTION, creating and establishing oil sprinkling
districts in the City of K'lispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUKCIL OF TMI,' CITY OF KALISPELL
SECTION 1. That we hereby create the following
Oil 3prinkling districts in the city of Kalispell in place
of districts No. 1, 2, 2A, 3 & 4 of the year 1926, to -wit;
3PRINKLING DISTRICT No. 1. To include that portion of the
Citywhich is within the followino described boundry line;
BeFianing at a point which is the intersection of the center-
line of Railroad Street and the east line of lst Ave. E.
thence east along the centerline of Railroad Street to a
point 50 feet east of Woodland Ave. thence southerly along
a line running parallell with and bO feet vast of said Wood-
land Avenue to an intersection with an extension of the south
line of lot 1 block 205, thence west along the south line
of lot 1, continued, to the alley of block 203, thence south
along the centerline of said alley to the south line of block
20�1-1-, thence west to the south east corner of block 1.37, thence
south to the south bomidry line of lot 1, block 138, thence
west to the alley of said block, thence south to the south
boundry line of block 1.2, block 211, thence west alongsaid
line,continued, to the alley of block 215, thence south to

thence north to the north boundry line of the Gt. Nor. right of
way, t1aence east to the centerline of 4th Ave, E., thence south to t
the south boundry line of the Great Nor. right of way, thence west t-.)

SECTION 2. That all of said districts lie within the incopor-
ated limitis of" the City of Kalispell, I'lontana.
