A RESOLUTION,creating and establishing new sprinkling
districts in the City of Kalispell,Montana,in addition to the
sprinkling districts created by kesolutions Xo.1109and 1111
of' the City Council of the City of Kalispell;
BE, IT REeSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CY TID, CITY OF
KALI SPE LL, MONTANA.
SECTION I. That vie hei-eby create the following Sprink-
ling Districte in addition to the Sprinkling Distrivtz created
by Pesolutions 1109 and 1111 of this body to -wit:
Sprinkling District No. 12. To include that portion
of Third Avenue T. lying between Tenth Street and Twelfth St.
Sprinkling District Yo. 1.. To include that portion of'
Third Street V% which is bounded on the East by Second Ave. W.
and on the west by Seventh Ave. T.
Sprinkling -L)istx-ic* No�14. To include that portion of
Second Street which is bounded on the Bast by Second Avenue 1.
and on the west by, by the alley between Seventh and Eighth
Avenues 14.
Sprinklin-- District No. 15. To include that portion of
Fourth Street which is bounded on the West by Main Street and
on the East by Woodland Ave.
Sprinkling District No.1.6. To include that portion of
Eighth Stre(_�t which is bounded on the west by Main Street and
on the east by the alley vest of sixth Avenue E.
Sprinkling District No. 17� To include that portion
of lirst Avenue West lying between Railroad Street and Fourth St
SECTION 2. That all of said districts lie within the
incorporated limits of the City Of Kalispell,"Iontana.
