RESOLUTION NO. lo6q
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
That section No. 6 of Resolution No. 1059 be amended to read
as followe, to -wit:
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall bepaid for in Special
Improvement District Coupon Warrants issued against said district in
the sum of 3100.00 or multiples or fractions thereof, each bearing
interest at 6 per cent. per annum from the date of registration un-
til called for redemption or paid in full, interest payable annually
on the first day of January of each year, payable ten years from date
and redeemable at any time there are funds to the credit of such imp-
rovement District 1"und available therefor; the interest coupons at-
taohed to such warrants to bear the fac-simile signatures of the Mayor
and Clerk.
