the year 1925., and levying and assessing all t'he 'property
within the said distxlot with the 40st of lighting ss,14 district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE OTTY COUNCIL OF TTU CITY Of KALISPELL;
SECTION 1. The cost of lighting Lighting nistriot Mmiber
six of the oity of Kalispell for the year 1925 in es—
timated to be
SEMON 2. A�tax is bereby levied a -ad assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting distriot for tbt� amount of the
extimated cost of lighting the streets tl*rein by apportioning
the several lots and paroels of I&M within the said diottiot.

is on file and of r000rd In the of floe of the City Clark for
a specific desoription of the property embraoed in the above
mentioned reaolution.)
SECTION 3. The tax hereby levied b000mes Aelinquent at
