A RESOLUTION, levying a tax upon all the property in SpBoial Improve-
ment District No 227 of the City of Kalia_j,ell, Montana, for the purpose
of defraying tne coat 'of expenses of Improvements made and constructed in
saidDistrict in accordance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of
lCulispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed to defray the cost
of expenses and improvements made and constructed in Special Improvement
District No. 227 of the UitY Of k-alisPell, Montana, in accordance with the
resolution and ordinances of the said Gity, a tax against all property
included in the District: the amount to be charged against each lot or
parcel thereof being set opposite the description of the property and the
name of theowner, as follows, to -wit: TOTAL ANNUAL ASSfT

SECTION 2. The said taxes to be paid in five annual installments
the first installment of which shall become due and payable upon the fili.
ing of a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the City Trea-
surer of the said City and shall become delinquent after the 30th day of
November 1925, and the annual installments shall thereafter become due
and payable on the first day of uctober of each year and delinquent on
the 30th day of November in each year. All of the above payments bear
interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum.
