Resolution 1061 - SID 228RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 228
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 228 is hereby
created for the purpose of Urading and paving the alley through
said Block 36 with either a seven (7) inch reinforced concrete pave-
ment on a gravel base or with a two inch Warrenite-Bitulithic surface
on a three inch bituminous base and also the construction of neoes-
sary catch -basins, storm,sewers, crosswalks, repairs, eto., said im-
provements to be made from the south property line of Block 36 to thf
north property line of said Block and also including- the crosswalk
across the alley on Railroad Street.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1058, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improvement District No
228# adopted May 4th 1925, to -which reference is hereby made for
further particulars.
