RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 229.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE (XTY CF KALISPELL, MONTANA'
section 1. That special Improvement District Koo 229 is hereby
created for the purpose of resurfacing of Main Street from Railroad
street to Fourth Street over the existing pavement with an average
thickness of two (2) inches of oneof the following surface materials:
Topeka� Sheet Asphalt, Bituminous Concrete or Warrenite-Bitulithic.
Also to include the proper cleaning, repairing, flushcoating, sand
course, rolling, etc., of the existing pavement where necessary.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all the
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 1059, entitled
*Resolution of Intention to Create Slecial Improvement District No.
229", adopted May 4th, 1925, to which reference is hereby A&de for
further particulars.
