A RESOLUTION, levying a tax upon all the property in Special Improv6_
ment District No. 223 of' the City of Ifforituna, for tile, PurPose
of defraying the cost and expenses of Improvements made and constructed
in said Diotrict in accordance with resolutiom3 and or dinances of the City
of Kalispell, Montana.

Section 1. There is heroby levied and aesessed to defray the cost of
expenses and improvQments made and constructed in 31,eCial IITIP'rovement Dis-
trict No. 223 of' the City of' Kalispell, Montana, in accordance with the
resolutions and ordinances of the said City, -). tax ag,ainst all :Property
included in the District; the amount to be charged against each lot or
