KALISPELL CITY PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING COMMISSION
TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2014
The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be
held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council
Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, 201 1" Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana.
The Agenda for the meeting will be:
A. Call to Order and Roll Call
B. Election of Officers
C. Approval of Minutes of April 22, 2014
D. Hear the Public — The public may comment on any matter on the agenda or not on the
agenda, except the public hearing item listed immediately below. (Comments are typically
held to 3 minutes or less.)
E. Public Hearing:
In addition, the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will hold a public
hearing on the following agenda item. Following the hearing and board discussion, the board
may make its recommendations to the Kalispell City Council for final action:
A request from More Schreiner Investments, LLC to annex .87 acres of developed
commercial property into the city and zone the land B-2 (General Business) upon
annexation. The property is located at 2141 3rd Ave E. The property currently is
connected to city water. The property owner wants to connect to city sewer that is
available to the property. The lot can be described as assessor's tract 8C located in
Section 20, Township 28 North, Range 21 West.
