A RESOLUTION estimatiii.7 the cost of sprinkling the streets and
avenues in Sprinkli%g Districts Number TWO, Tln�FE AND FOTT11 of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, for the year 1924, and levyiag and assess-
ing all property withib the said district with frie cost sprinkling
the street�3 and avenues within said district.

Section 1. The cost of sprinkling the streets and. avenues in
Sprinkli,�i� Districts Number TWO, A11D FOTR,' of tiAe City of' Kalispell,
Yontana, for the year 1924, is estiy�qated to be �3,948.44.
. Section 2. A tax is bereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in said sprinkling district for tne amount of the estimated
cost of op rinklin,, thestreets and avenues therein, bein.,7 apportioncd
to the several lots and 1)�:,xcels of' land within the said district,
as follows, to -wit:

of record in the of fice of the City Clerk for a specific description
of the property embraced in the above -mentioned resoliAtion.)
Section 3. The tax here hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to create Sprinkling District s Number Two, Thrce and Four for further
particulars.
