included in the district; tne. amount to be charged against each lot or

Section 2. The said ta��es to be paid in five annual installments
the fix -at inotallment of which sh,M become due and pauable upon the
filing of' a certified copy of this r esolution in tne office of the
City Treasurer of the said City and shall become delinquent after the
30th day of' November, 1924, and the annual install_zentf3 shall there
after become due and _-payable on tlae first day of' October of each year
and delinquent an the 30th day of November in each year. All of the
above payments bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per anm=_
