Section 1, There is hereby levied and assessed to defray the

in armunts as above set f'o3:-Lh, the first of which installments shall
become due and payable upon the filing of a certified copy of this
resolution in the office of the City Treasurer of zaid City wnd zhall
become delinqueiit after the 30th day of November 1924, and the annual
installments shall thereafter become due, a�id payable on the first day
of October of each year anddelinquent an the 30th day of Noyember
in each year. All of' the above payments bear -interest at the rate of
six 1,er cent perannum.
Introduced this the 4-th day of." August 1924, and set for hearing
September Ist, at 7:30 o'clock P. U. 1924.
