the office of the City Treasurer of the said City and shull become
delixlq ue-nt after the 30th day of' November, 1924, and tdie annual
installments shall thereafter become due and payable on the first
of October Of each year wid delinquent on the 30th day of November
in each year. All of the above payments bear interest at t1jo rate
of six percent. per -11num.
