RESOLUTION CREATING S17CCIAL IMPBOV7701,T DISTRICT NO. 205
BE IT RESOLVKD BY TH7T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPRLL,
MOP,TANA:
SECTION I. The Special Improvement District No 205 is
hereby created for the purpose of the construction of a eight
inch sanitary sewer with one Lamp hole, one man-liole and
other necessary appurtenances, said sewer commencing at the
center of Idaho Street and running north through the alley in
Block Nine (9) Original Townsite, City of Kalispell., to its
north property line, which is the south property line of
Washin6ton Street.
S2CTION 11. That said district is created subject to
all the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No 975,
entitled IfResolution of Intention to create Special Improve-
ment District No. 205", adopted February 4th, 1924, to which
reference is hereby made for further particulars,
