REESOLUTION GIREATING SPEGIAL IATPROVEIT_LEI�IT DISTRICT NO, 2o6.
BE IT RESOLV12D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No 206 is here-
by created for the purpose of the Constrtction of a ten (10) inch
and eight (8) inch sanitary sewer said installation to include
lamp -holes, manholes, flush -tanks and other necessoxy appurtenances
said sewer runninZ in the alleys of' Blocks 3, 8, 4 and 7 Duncan
Addition, City of Kalispell, 11ontana, and through the ceater of
the North Side School Grounds and south from -this Block 399 feet
through unplatted territory to the centerline of Ilontana Street
and thence 366 feet in a westerly direction to the present sewer
in the Alley bttween Fourth and Fifth Avenue East North.
SECTION 2. That said district is created subject to all tue
terms and conditions specified in Resolution No 977, entitled
"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improvement District
No 2061,' adopted March 3rd, 1924, to which reference is hereby
made for further particul"rs.
