A MSOLUTION estimating the cost of' lighting Special Lighting
DiotriCt -No. FIFTEEN of the city of Kalispell, for the year
1923, and levying and assessing all property within �he said dis-
trict with the cost cf lightirg the saiddistrict.

Section 1. The cost of lighting Special Lighting District
No. F IF TE M41 of the City of Kalispell for the year 1923 is
estimated to be $409.50.
Section 2. i� tax is hereby levied and asseesed upon all the
property in the said lighting, district for the amourt of' the esti-
rpated cost of lightirg the streets therein by appprtioning to the
several losts and parcels of land within the said.,Aidistrict, to -wit:

Section 3. !he tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six
