your 1923 and levying and assessing all property withir, the said
district with the cost 'of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLY19D BY THE CITY COTDTCIL OF THE, CITY OF KALISPIML:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Special Lighting uistrict
No. THIRTY SI.X..' of the City of Kalispell for the year
1923, is estimated to be $ 81.60.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of t,�_,e esti-
mated cost of lightirg the streets thdreir bylapportioning to�_the
oeveral lots and parcels of Inr-d, to -wit: (Reference is hereby
made to the original resolution on file and of record in the office
of the City Clerk for a specific description of the property
embraced in the foregoirg resolution.)
Sectior 3. The tax kereoy levied �Decomes delinquent at six
o'clock p. m. on the 30th day of November, 1923.
