RESOLUTION No. 970.
A 'RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special Lignting
District,No. THIRTY FIVE of the uity of i�.a.Lispell for the year,
1923 and levying and assessing all property within the said district
with the -cost of lighting the said district.

Section 1. The cost of lighting Special Lighting -District No.
THIETY FIVE for the year 1923 is e c-1-timated to be $ 183.60.
1 Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property ir,_,the said lighting district for the amount of the esti-
mated coot of lighting tiie streets therein by apportioning to the
several lots and parcels of land, to -wit: (Refererce is hereby made
to the original resolution or. file and of record in the ofitice of
i,he City Clerk for a specific description of the property embraced
in the Wbcve-mentioned resolution.)
Section Z. The tax hereby levied oecoi,.ies delirquent at six
o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of �Iovember, 1923.
Bection 4. Reference is hereby made to, -the i�esolutior of
Intention to create lighting district No. TEIRTY FIVE for
further particulars.
Introduced this 26th day of September, 1923, and set for
hearing October 1923, at 7:30 o'clock p. m.
