A M80LUTION estimating the cost of Lighting Special lighting
District No. SEVEN of the City of Kalispell, .�or the year
1923, and levying and assessing all property within the,said dis-
trict with the cost of lighting the said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COTJj\,ICIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPEIZ:
Section 1. The cort of lighting Special Lighting District
No. SEVEN of %he City of Laliapell for the year 1923 is
estimated to be $461.70.
Section 2. A tax is, hereby levied and assessed upor- all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of' the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to
the several lots and parcels of lar-d within the said district, as
follows, to -wit: (Reference is hereby made to LILe original resolu-
tion on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
specific description of the property eidbraoed innthe above -men-
tioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied beepmee delinquent at six
0clock p.m., or the 30th day of 'November, 1923.
