A RESOLUTION estinutirg the cost of maintairing the improve.
ments in Mair-terance District No. One of the Gity of iialiepell for
the year 1923, and levying and assessing all the property within the
said District with the cost of maintaining s4ch improvemerts.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUiICIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
6ection 1. The cost of maintaining the improvements in
'Maintenance District No. I of the City of Kalispell for the year
1923 is estimated to be $3499.60.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property ir. said mainter-ance distri-ot for the amount of the esti-
mated cost of maintaining the improvements therein, beirg appor-
tioned to the several lots and parcels of land within tiie said
district as foliows:

of record in the office of the City Clerk for a specific desorip-

6ectior 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delirquert at six
o'clook p.m. on the ZOth day of November, 1923.
