A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of sprinkling the streets and
avenues in Sprinklirg District ]�Iumber ,Ite of the uity of
Xalispell, idontara, within the said districts with the cost of
sprinkling the streets and avenues witlain said district,
BE, IT RESOLVED BY TM CITY COMICIL OF ITHE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Sectior 1. The cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in sprinkling district uumber One of the uity of Kalispell,
Montana for the year 1923, is estimated to be $1440.00.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upor. all
the property in said Sprinkling District for the amourt of the
eotimated cost of sprinkling the stre,�ts and avenues therein,
beirg apportioned to the several lots ard parcels of land with-
in the said district, as follows, to -wit:

Section 3. The tax hereby levied Veoomez delinquert at
