A RESOLUTION providing forthe payment of exper-se i4��ourred
by the City of Kalispell in cornection with, the ERADICATION OF
NOXIOUS WEEDS duringiithe season of 1923, as provided for by
ordinance No. 370 of the City of Kalispell and section 4, Qhapter
60, of the 18th Session Laws of the State uf Mortara.
BE IT FtLPSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPEIL;
Section 1. That whereas under the provisions of' ordinance
No. 370 of the City of Kalispeli,,and Chapter 60 of the 13th
Session Laws of the State of Mottana, the Gity Council of any
municipal corporation may appoint a weed: cor=issioner whose duty
it is to supervise the destruction of roxious weeds, and, whereas,
such expense may be charged against the property on, which such
noxious weeds were destroyed, as a special tax:
Section 2. THEREFORE BEIT BEIMY RESOLVED, that the foliow-
irg owners of the property, described opposite their respective
rams, Ue assessed for the amourts shown 'below, whi-ch amour.Le were
actual-ty expended oy said city for the eradicatior of noxiotAs Nveeds
Zor the year 1923:

Section 3. The�'amounts herein setforth 'become delinquent at
six o'clock p.m., or the 30th day of November, 1923.
Section 4. The monies collected under the provisions of t�vjis
resolution shall, be,paid into the Street Furd, same havirg beer
disurused from said furd.
