BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,x

hereby created for the purpose of repairing the pavement now
in place or. ii'irst Avenue East oetween the centerline of Rail-
road Street and the centerline of 2ourth �;treat, oy placii�g
thereon a double reflushcoating coarse, emDodyirg a prepura-
tion of the existing surface, a priming ocat, a re:ilushirg
coarse, a sand course ar.d roliing.
6ection 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in 11�esolutior 933
ertitled, "ROSOlution bf-Intertion to Crea'�e Special Improve-
ment DisLrict No. 20411, adopted July 3rd, 1903, to which rerer-
erce is hereby made for further partioulars.
