designated as Special, Improvement Disstric� No. 202, and the

Improvement District Coupon bonds issued at,:ainst said district in
the sum of $500.00 each, bearing interest at 6 per cent. per a=jm
from the date of registration until callod for redemption or paid
in full, int-erf.,�st payable annually on the first day of January of
each year, payable ten years from date and redeemable at any time
there are funds to the credti of sueh Improvemeot Distriot Fund
available therefor; the interest coupons attached to such bonds
to bear the fac-simile signatures of the Mayor and Clerk.
Section 7. That on the 2nd day of July, 1923, at the Council
Chwnbers in the City Hqll of the City of Kalispell, Uantana, at
7:30 olcl ockp. m�, a regular meeting, the City Oo,,tncjj will, heax
and pasc upon all proteats that may be made a�11�ainst the inalking of
such improvemento or the crc�ation of such district.
Section E. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give the proper noti.Qe of the pasuage of thUs resolution by
publication and mailinL;� as required I-)y law, such -publication
to 'Le maO e in the Kaliepell Times, a weekly newapaper Published
in the City of' Kalispell.
