A RESOLUTION levying a tax upon all the property in Special Improve-
ment District No. 193 of the City of, Kalispell, Montana, for the
purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of irriprovements made and
constructed in said District in accordanoe with resolutione and Qrdin-
ances of the, City of Kal,ispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED 1,,,Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL;
Section 1, There is hereby levied and aeseeeed to defray the
cost of expenses and improvements made and construc�ted in Special
Improvement District No. 193 of the City of Kalispell, Yontana, in
accordance with the resolutions.and ordinances of the said City, a
tax against all property included in the Dis"riCt-, the mmount to be
charged against each lot or -varcel thereof be�ng set opposite the
deracription of the property and the name of the owner, as follows,

inents the firet installment of which ahall become due and payable
uponA.he filing of a certified copy of this resclution in the office
of the City Treasurer of the said. City and shall become delinquent
after the 50th day of November, 1923, and the annual installments
eball thereafter become due and payable on the firt day of Oxtober
of' each year and delinquent on t?je 30tjj day of Nover�jber in each
year. All of the above payments bear interest at the rate of
six percent. per annum.
