A RESOLUTICY levying a tax upon all the prope�rty in Special
Improvement Djk�trict No. 29.5 of the City of Kalisppll, Montana,
for the purpose of defraying the aoats and expenses of improve-
ments made and constructed in said district in accordance with
re��olutions and or,dinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T11F CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISrELL:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed to defray the
cost of expenses and Improvements made and constructed in said
dietrict in accordance with the resolutions of he said City, a
tw. ag4inot all,property included in said d4strict; the amount
to be charged against each lot or parcel thereof being set
opposite the description of the property and the -name of the
owner, as follows, to wit:
