A RESOLUTION levying a tax upon all the property in Special
Improvement District No. 1.90 of thenCity of Kalispell, Montana,
for the -
purpost of defraying the costs and expenses of
Improvements made and constructed in said District in accord-
ance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of
Kalispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed to
defray the cost and expenses of improvements made and con-
structed in Special Improvement District No. 190 pf the City
of Kalispell, Montana, in accordance with the Resolutions
and Ordinances of the said City, a tax against all property
included in the said district; the amount to be charged
against each lot or parcel thereof being set opposite the
deveription of the property and the name of the owner, as
follows, to wit:

Section 2. The said taxes to be paid in five annual
installments the first of which installments shall lbecome
due and payable upon the filing of a certified copy of
this resolution in the office of the City Treasurer of the
said City and shall become delinquent after the 30thday of
November, 1922, and the annual installments shall thexeqfter
become due an payable on the lst day of October of each
year and delinquent on the 30th day of November in each
year. All of the above payments bear interest at the rate
of six percent per annum.
Introduced this the 5th day of September, 1922 and
set for hearing October 2nd, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
