RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 196.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 196 is
hereby created for the purpose of laying of 750 lineal feet
of six (6) inch cast iron pipe, Class C or D, water main with
one 6" valve, two fire hydrants and other appurtenances in
Fifth Avenue East, commencing at the intersection of Ninth
Street thence south to the intersection of Eleventh Street.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all
the tern-gand conditions specified in Resolution Vo.861,
entitied,"Resolution of Intention to create Special Improve-
ment District No; 1106", -.dopted August ?th 1922, to which
reference is made for further particulare.
