RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPTIOVIT119NT DISTRICT NO. 197.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YALISPFLL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 19? is
hereby created for the purpose of the construction of a sanitary
sewer with mAn-holes, map -holes, flush tanks and other appurt-
enances, said sewer commencing at the intersection of Fourth
Alley East and Eleventh Street and running south to the center
of Thirteenth Street.
Section 2. That said district is created subject to all
the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 92ft entitled
"Rpsolution of Intention to create Special Improvement District
No.,I,*911 adopted March 5th, 1923, to -which reference is hereby
made for further particulars.
Passed April 2nd, 1923.
Approved April 2nd, 1923.
