Improvement District Fo.10 191 of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses $f Improve-
M@ntS Made and constructed in said District in accordance with
Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. There is hereby levied and assessed to defray
the coat and expenses of improvements made and constructed in
Special Improvement District Nol 191 of the Ci.ty of Kalispell,
1.1ontana, in accordance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of
the said City, a tax against all Property included in the said
District; the amount of the tax to be charged against each lot
or parcel thereof being set opposite the description of the
property and the name of the owner, as follows, to wit:

Section 2. The said taxes
to be paid
in five annual in-
stallments the first of which inatallments shall become due
and payable upon the filing of a certified copy of this resoly-
tion in the office of the City Treasurer of the City of
Kalispell and shall become delinquent after the 30th day of
become due and payable on the first day of October of each year
and delinquent on the 30th dayK,vember in each year. All of t�he
above payments bear interest at the rate of six per cent per
annum.
