A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of sprinkling the streets
and avenues in Sprinkling Districts Numbered TWO, THEM, AND FOUR
of the City of Kalispell, Mont=a, for the year 1922, anillevy-
ing and asseF3sing all the property within the said district with
the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues within the said
district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
in 6prinkling Districts Numbered TWO, THREE AND FOUR of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, for the year 1922 is estimated to
be $3091.32.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in said Sprinkling District for the amount of
the estimated cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues
therein, being apportioned to the several,lots and parcelso�f
land within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to theoriginal Resolution on
file and of record in the office of the City Clark for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 3tth day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution
of Intention to create Sprinkling Districtu Numbered TWO, THREE
AND FOUR, for further particulars.
Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October 2nd
at 7;ZC o'clock p.m.
