A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of mainttining the im-
provements in Maintenance District No. ONE of' the City of
Kalispellfor the year 1922, and levying and assessing all the
property within the said district with the cost of maintain-
ing such improvements.

Section 1. The cost of maintaining tie improvements in
Maintenance District No. 1 of the City of Kalispell for the
year 1922 is estimated to be $3452.80.
Section 3. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in said maintenance district for the amount of
the estimated cost of maintaining the improvements therein,
being approtioned to the several lots and parcels of land
within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original,Resolution
on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becamea.delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
