A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting
the said district with the cost of lighting said district.

Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
to be $165.12.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of t&,e estiy
=ated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to the
several lots and parcels of land within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution which
is on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a

o1clock p4m. on the 3tth day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number Thirty Four for
further particulars.
Introduced September 5th and set for hearing October 2hd
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
