A RESOLUTION levying a tax upoo all property in Special
Improvement District No. 189 of the City of Kalispell, Montanarp
for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of Improve-
ments made and constructed, in said diettict in accordance with
the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of Kalispell, Montana
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF E-ALISPELL.
Section 1. TI)ere is hereby levied and assessed to defray
the cost of expenses of improvements made and constructed in
Special Improvement District No. 189 of therCity of Kalispell
Montana, in accordance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of
the said City, a tax against all property included in.said
district, the amount to be charged against each lot or parcel
thereof set opposit the description of the propertyand the name
of the owner, as follows, to wit.

Section 2. The said taxes to be paid ir six annual
installments the first of which Installments shall become due
and apay*le upon the filing dif a certified copy of tiv;�i+-
resolution in the office of the City Treasurer of the said
C 1.ty and shall become delinquent after the.30th day of
November, 2.922, and the annual installments shall thereafter
become due and payable on the first day of October of each
year and delinquent on the 36th day of November in each year.
All of the above payments bear interest at the rate of six
percent per annum.
Introduced this the 5th day of September, 1922, and set
for hearing October 2nd at 7:30 o�clock p.m.
