A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of sprinkling the streets
and avenues in Sprinkling District Number ONE of the City of

BE IT RESOLOVED BY THEi CITY COUKCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of sprunkling tkie streets and avenues

Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and asseased upon all
the property in said. Sprink&ing District f6r the amount of the
eatimated cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues therein,
being apportioned to the several lots and parcels.of land within
the said district.
(Referenoe is hereby made to the original Resolution C11
file and of record in the office of the City Clerk forlz
specific description of the property embraced in the above
mentioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby ievied� becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of
Intention to Create Sprinkling District Number ONE for fur-
ther particulars.
Ontroduced this the 5th day of September, 1922, and set
for hearing October 2nd at 7.30 Oclack p.m.
