A,. RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Spedial Lighting
District Number ThirtybEight of the City of Kalispell for the
year 1922 and levying and assessing all the property within the
said district with the coat of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISFELL.
Section 1. The cost of lighting Liehting District Number
Thirty Eight of the City of Kalispell. for the year 1922 is esti-
mated to be $144.00.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all
the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning
to the several lots and parcels o.f land within the said district.
(Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on
file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above men-
tioned resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Bighting District Number Tj;irty Eight
for further particulars.
Introduced this this 5th day of September and, set for
hearing October 2nd at 7:30 p.m.
