Resolution 906 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 35'A "SOLUTION -estimating the cost of lighting Special lighting
District Number Tl;irty Five of the City of Kalispell, for the
year 1922, and levying and assessinC; all the property within the
said district with the cost of lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.,
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
Thirty Five of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is esti-
mated to be $206.28.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district -for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein,by apportioning
to the several lots and pardels of land withinithe said district.

file ind of record in the office of the City Clerk for a speci-
fic description of the property embraced in the above mentioned
resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby le -Tied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m. on the 30th day of November, 1922-L
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number Thirty Five for a
further particulE).rs.
Introduced this 5th day of Sep#ejnber and set for hearing
October 2nd, at 7:30 p.m.
