RESOLUTIOR creating Special Improvement District No. 195.
BE IT RASOLVED BY THE CITY COUFCIL OF THE CITY OF EALISPELL,
YOUTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 196
is hereby created for the purpose of the construction of a
sanitary sewer with man -holes, lamp holes, flush tanks and
other appurtenances, said sewer commencing at the center of
Washington Street and running south through the alley in
blocks 7 and 14 to the center of Montana Street.
Section 2. That the said district is created subject
to all the terms and cond�,tions Specified in Resolution No.
UO, entitled "Resolution of Intention.to create Special
Improvement District No. 195" adopted August 7th, 1922, to
which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
Passed September 5th, 1922.
Approved September 5th, 1922.
