A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Special
Lighting District Number Sixteen of the City of Kalispell for
the year 1922, and levting and assessing all the property within
the said district with the Coot of lighting said district.
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
Sixteen of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated
to be $452,53.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount� of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportionin&
to the several lots and parcels of land within the said district.

file and of record in the office of the Cit,,; Clerk for a speci-
fic description of the property embraced in the above mentioned
resolution.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six
o1clock p.m. on the 30th day of Novemberi 1922-,
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of
Intention to create Lighting District Number Sixteen for further
particulars.
Introduced this 5th day of September and set for hearing
October 2nd, at 7:30 o'clockp.w_
