A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of lighting Lighting District
number FIVE of the City of Kalispell, 31ontana, forthe year, 1922,
and levying and assessing all the property within the said
district with the cost of liehting said district.
BE IT RESOL"ED LY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL;
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number
FIVE of the City of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to
be $577.92.
Section 2. A tax io hereby levied and assessed tipon all the
property in the said lighting district for the amount of the
estimated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning

Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at
six o'clock p.m., on the 30th day of Yovember, 1922.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to Resollition of
Intention to create Lighting District Number FIVE for further
