Resolution 891 - Assessment - Special Lighting District 120 W N " W_ - - MEMO L._* Z - - A RESOLUTION estimating the cost of ligl�ting Lighting District Number Twelve of the City of Kalispell for the ,year 1922, and levying and aesesaing all theproperty within the said district with the cost of lighting said district. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL: Section 1. The cost of lighting Lightina District NukbW Twelve of the city of Kalispell for the year 1922 is estimated to be $ 501.00 . Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in the said lighting district for the amount of the e8tj mated cost of lighting the streets therein by apportioning to t1ae several lots and parcels of land withing the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the original Resolution on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk for a speci- fic description of the property embraced in the above mentioned district). Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six O'clock p.m. on the 30th day 9f.19ovember, 1922. Section 4. Reference is here§y made to Resolution of In- tention to create Lighting District Number Twelve for further particulars.
